More recently, I was lucky enough to visit a coffee shop, the owner of which is involved in all stages of coffee production. It is very rare to see a farmer, roaster and barista in one person.
Every day I am convinced that the degree of coffee involvement in Chiang Mai is at a high level. The other day I visited the coffee house of the Thai Coffee Roasting Champion of 2019.
I continue to search for interesting specialty coffee shops in Chiang Mai. A couple of days ago I drove past the FIEOW Coffee Room & Roaster Shop and did not miss the opportunity to taste their coffee.
