FIEOW Coffee Room & Roaster Shop

This is not just a coffee shop; the guys have their own production. They roast the coffee themselves. Moreover, the owner has several different certificates, including a Q grader certificate. Therefore, I add them to two sections: the best specialty coffee shops in Chiang Mai and the best coffee roasters in Thailand.

Unfortunately, the place is not in the city center, so if you do not have transport, getting here will not be so easy. Anyway the coordinates I will leave below.

I’m already so used to small establishments in Chiang Mai, that’s why this one seems huge :).

FIEOW Coffee Room & Roaster Shop is a very spacious place with a large number of seats. There are comfortable sofas, a bar counter and single tables for those who want to work a little on the computer.

Most coffee is preparing from imported beans. They use professional coffee machine Synesso. Each blend has its own coffee grinder.

Barista has knowledge about their product, so he can help with the choice of drink.

The menu has almost all the options for coffee drinks that are prepared using an espresso machine, as well as alternative methods of preparation, such as pour-over, cold brew, and nitro.

There are three blends of beans of own roasting on sale. If you are lucky, then you can taste the coffee before buying. Each has a card with clear taste descriptors.

The amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking for several cars.

I didn’t have much time, so as usual I tried latte and it was delicious :).

If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come here again.
