People say that in Chiang Mai at least one coffee shop opens every week, and I begin to believe in it. A few days ago, a new spot The Rectangle opened its doors in the Handong area.
As usual, I was lucky to live nearby, therefore, without wasting time, I went on reconnaissance.
The coffee shop is located in an unfinished 6-story building. Concrete walls, cold steel, and minimalism are all part of an industrial concept that is slowly conquering this small city.
A unique feature is the height of the building and panoramic views of the Chiang Mai mountains. I am sure that in the high season in the morning there will be a lot of people who want to sit at a bird’s eye view with a cup of hot drink.
Despite the huge number of coffeehouses, the guys managed to create interesting drinks that are not only pleasant to drink, but also take pictures.
Do they have Wi-Fi and air conditioning? – Yes, they do.
Do they accept credit/debit cards? – No, cards are not yet accepted.
How big is the place? Is there a place to work on a computer? – The cafe is big enough, but there are not comfortable places to work on a laptop.

Do they sell roasted coffee beans? – No, they don’t.
Do they sell food/desserts? – There is no food but have desserts.
